How to book with us

1. Ask for a quote

  For all tailor made tours the first step in booking with us is to work out a tailor-made itinerary and quotation that would perfectly suit you. For that reason we need to know your preferences such us:

1. Visit month
2. Visit year
3. Visit reason
4. Have visited Tajikistan before

5. Group size and nationality
6. Arrival/departure dates
7. Itinerary/route
8. Standard of vehicles required: luxury 4WD with aircon or more basic vehicles?
9. Standard of accommodation required: best available or most economical? Single occupancy or twin share?

  Once we received your email, one of our operations managers will contact you shortly to discuss further details and other preferences. As soon as you are satisfied with the itinerary and price we offer you, please follow the directions below to proceed booking.

2. Booking Your Tour

  Before making your booking with us please read our booking conditions. Also please be aware that all the prices are subject to change unless confirmed by actual reservation.

  Once you are ready to book, please notify operations manager that stayed in contact with you, and in reverse we send you a contract which you need to download and sign, then either scan it and send it back as PDF or JPG application or send by fax to +996 312 456749. Since that moment your tour is scheduled to depart according to your preferences and no prices will be changed unless stated otherwise in the contract.

3. Payment

  A deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to departure. Please note we do not accept credit card payments at this time.
